We are seeking an action-driven, quota carrying Area Director for Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and California to drive net new accounts in the SLED and Enterprise space. Ideal candidates for this position must have experience in navigating through long and complex sales cycles. We are looking for someone who thrives on closing new opportunities and is passionate about business outcomes in a consultative solution sales methodology.
5 years’ experience in a customer/prospect-facing quota carrying sales role with a proven record of consistently achieving or exceeding performance targets
SaaS and government/enterprise sales strongly preferred
Strong sales process discipline and knowledge of structured prospecting and selling methodologies with a goal-driven motivation and approach to your work.
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
High degree of accountability and self-driven initiative to execute and deliver high quality work.
Excellent and adaptable interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with contract negotiation
In this Role You will:
Identify and analyze new opportunities in the region and prioritize sales activity to achieve or exceed assigned quota.
Call on executives within state, city and county government along with enterprise commercial accounts to conduct discovery and product introduction conversations.
Work with external customer stakeholders to develop and execute plans and production schedules
Partner internally and externally during implementation kickoff meetings with our team of engineers, as well as project updates meetings if necessary
Maintain accurate records and data regarding contacts, progress, and status for each opportunity in our CRM.
Measure and communicate results against objectives and quota.
Full time, 8am-5pm M-F, after hours as required
